On 5-6 of March 2013, Milena Kadieva attended a seminar titled "How to litigate before the European Court of Human Rights": Practical guide to procedure. The event was organized by the European Academy of Law in Strasbourg, France. The key topics were: what national remedies must be sought before submitting an application to the Court in Strasbourg; what admissibility criteria have to be complied with; what an individual application should contain; what are the objectives of the written and the oral parts of the procedure.
