The Gender Alternatives Foundation is privileged to be part of the CSO WINS project focused on women’s rights protection in the Southern Mediterranean region.
In the period of 3-10.04.2016, a Capacity-building workshop in advocacy and policy dialog for gender equality was organized in Barcelona, Spain.
GAF was represented by its Managing director Milena Kadieva.
24 beneficiaries took part in the workshop where 12 successful practices were presented for women’s rights protection. One of those practices was the Gender Alternatives Foundation’s practice for national, regional and international women’s human rights protection focused on strategic litigation at three levels in order to ensure State accountability and legislative changes in accordance with the European and International standards for women’s rights protection.
Here are published 12 successful practices in the project, including that of the FDA.
